Statement of Compliance
BedTapes.com is a website that embeds video content originating from and hosted on third-party platforms, including but not limited to XNXX.com. BedTapes.com is not the primary producer (as defined by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)(2)) of any of the visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct that may appear on or be accessible through this website.
All visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct displayed on or accessible through BedTapes.com were produced by parties other than BedTapes.com. As a secondary producer (as defined by 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)(3)), BedTapes.com relies on the records maintained by the primary producers of said content.
All Performers Are Adults
All models, actors, actresses, and other persons that appear in any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct appearing or otherwise contained in or accessible through this website were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of the creation of such depictions.
Custodian of Records
The custodian of records required to be maintained pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 is the respective primary producer of each video. BedTapes.com does not independently produce visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct and therefore is not the custodian of records for such content.
